A US-based client approached Maven Infotech to develop a medical healthcare platform comprising various medical services for patients with different ailments. At the same time, ensure that the platform is easy to understand and navigate the options.
The group started working on the project, Telehealth, an e-commerce platform that is designed for patients to buy medical services or supplies with a hassle-free process and manage to make payments for weekly/monthly subscriptions.
The platform should have the feature of registering patients’ information with MDBOX using the MDBOX APIs. Maven Infotech followed the project information and started the developing process to make the platform user-friendly and deliver information in no time.
Objective
The project’s objective was to develop a platform with accurate information and content regarding illness and treatments, fully functional 24*7, with clear information regarding registration, and protection of the patient’s data and information.
Our Approach
We at Maven Infotech clearly understood the client’s requirements and prepared a strategy that would tick the checkboxes criteria for this project. We aimed to design and develop a digital space for patients to access any information regarding ailments, ways to contact doctors or medical experts, buy medical supplies, and pay subscription fees weekly/monthly. From managing and maintaining the data of patients to the payment for services, we kept track of every aspect to deliver functional and error-free Telehealth.
