Terms of Condition

1. Project Scope and Work Process

• All projects at Maven Infotech begin with a thorough discovery and analysis phase, followed by the creation of a Scope of Work document. This ensures both parties have a clear understanding of the project requirements, reducing the likelihood of cancellations, reversals, or disputes.
• Work is structured into milestones, with time and effort allocated to each phase of the project.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Unfortunately, clients cannot directly cancel or modify an existing order on our website.
• If you wish to cancel or make amendments to an order that hasn’t yet started, please email us within 2 days of the project start date. We will be happy to assist you:Email: info@maven-infotech.com
• If a project is canceled within 2 days of starting, we will retain 25% of the payment as a project setup cost and refund the remaining amount.
• Refunds are not available for work that has already been completed.
• If a project is terminated on a mutual basis, the client retains control of all completed work, and any payment for further development becomes void. No prior payments or deposits will be refunded.
• No refunds will be issued once the client approves mockup designs or project details and makes an initial payment, after which the project moves into the development phase.
• Partial refunds are not available for projects that are in progress during a milestone phase.
• Special promotional offers, marketing services, and limited-time deals are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• Hosting, SEO, digital marketing, maintenance support, and ongoing (hourly/monthly) service packages are non-refundable. However, the client may cancel these services with a 30-day written notice.
• Deposits or payments for projects that are abandoned or remain inactive for more than 30 days will not be refunded.

3. Client Responsibilities

• The client must provide all necessary information, content, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
• Any changes to the agreed project scope after commencement may result in additional charges and extended timelines.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• Upon full payment, the client gains ownership of the final project deliverables, unless otherwise agreed.
• Maven Infotech retains the right to use project-related work in portfolios and marketing materials, unless otherwise specified by the client in writing.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Maven Infotech is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
• We are not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events.

6. Modifications to Terms

• Maven Infotech reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
