CRM for Postal Express (Florida for Export, Inc., USA)
Maven Infotech Team helped Florida – US-based client who are an International Freight, Shipping & Courier Service. We have developed custom CRM along with the right tools, web-services which enable them features like view Sellers, Orders, Deliveries, Invoices, and many other complex features. The system also allows Sellers to log in and manage, track their shipping and pay for their invoices online.
Objective
The objective of this project was to implement postal, freight & courier services online that help the suppliers to manage their shipping process using the standard quality approach for Florida, USA.
Florida for Export, Inc., USA was following some old legacy systems(Spreadsheet and Emails) and business processes to handle their customer orders and deliveries. The customers and employees of the firm were dependent on some manual processes like sharing order details, the status of delivery, invoice management, and many more. It has been also observed that these manual processes and technologies become overhead for the firm to maintain different vendors, deliveries, and different reports. A Florida for Export, Inc. needed a digital solution that can improve these processes and legacy systems.
Features/Functionality of the application
- A master admin manages the vendors, orders, and deliveries.
- Vendors can manage orders and delivery with tracking details.
- Provide live shipping rates to your customers based on shipping destination, weight, and dimensions of products.
- The shipment tracking information includes the shipping carrier, tracking number, and date.
- Very Secure & Flexible
- The system allowed to generate the invoice PDF for the delivery.
Action Taken
Maven Infotech conceived an online platform that will help address the critical concerns for the vendors. The application has a master admin panel to manage vendors, orders, deliveries, as well as monitor other activities. Vendors can manage their orders, set the deliveries with tracking information for the orders and email notifications as well.
Maven Infotech helped the customer by developing a Digital solution using Laravel API and Angular CLI Framework which simplifies the business process and gives high rich features – replacing all the manual processes which gave a full picture of each and every order and delivery of the customers. Automated the process like order management, delivery schedule, generating an invoice, notification system, and reminders so that customers and vendors are up to date with the latest changes of the application.
